During her career at ABN AMRO Bank in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and in Moscow, Russia from August 1996 till December 2002 Ludmila participates in on-job trainings as well as workshops and trainings in Istanbul, Turkey; Almaty, Kazakhstan; Budapest, Hungary; Amsterdam, Netherlands. She was trained at ABN AMRO Academy on Creating MIS tools for the budgeting process of the bank in times of its restructuring in 2001.
